Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über einen 63jährigen Mann mit einer mukokutanen Leishmaniose. Neben der Seltenheit der Erkrankung in Mitteleuropa ist der außergewöhnliche Befall des Larynx bemerkenswert.

Summary

We report about a 63-year-old man with a mucocutaneous leishmaniasis. Besides the rareness of the disease in Middle Europe the exceptional location in the larynx is remarkable.
