Zusammenfassung

Es wird berichtet über den äußerst seltenen Fall eines Morbus Crohn des Larynx bei einem 66jährigen Patienten. Im Rahmen eines foudroyant verlaufenden Morbus Crohn kam es zu einem Befall des rechten Stimmbandes und des rechten Aryhöckers.

Summary

A very rare case of Crohn's disease of the larynx in a 66-year-old male is reported. During the rapid development of Crohn's disease there was an involvement of the right vocal cord and the right arytenoid.
