Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die Schwangerschaft einer 33jährigen II-Gravida/I-Para berichtet, welche in der 18. Schwangerschaftswoche mit einer offenen Ruptur bei einem Uterus bicornis unicollis endete. Die Ruptur führen wir auf eine Plazentainsertionsstörung zurück. Auf die Früherkennung von Uterusmißbildungen mittels Ultraschall wird anhand der Literatur hingewiesen.

Abstract

A report is raade on a pregnancy of a 33-year old II-gravida/1-para patient, terminating with the rupture of the Uterus bicornis unicollis in the 18th week of pregnancy. The cause of this rupture was believed to be pathological disturbance of the attachment of the placenta. The early detection of uterine anomalies with ultrasonic investigation, reviewing the literature, is discussed.
