Interstitielle und intramurale Gravidität - Begriffsbestimmung und sonographische Hinweiszeichen

Zusammenfassung

Es werden zwei Fälle atypisch lokalisierter Schwangerschaften vorgestellt und hierbei die Begriffe von interstitieller und intramuraler Gravidität erläutert. Mit Hilfe der Ultraschalldiagnostik kann der Untersucher den heterotopen Sitz der Schwangerschaft noch vor dem Auftreten klinischer Symptome erkennen. Gelingt dies nicht, so deuten indirekte Hinweiszeichen auf eine bereits eingetretene Komplikation hin.

Abstract

Two cases of atypical implantation are presented in order to illustrate the difference between interstitial and intramural pregnancy. Ultrasonography can provide a method of early diagnosis of heterotypic siting before the occurrence of clinical symptoms. In cases where complications already occurred, sonography can be used to confirm the clinical diagnosis.
