Zusammenfassung
Früh- und Minimalformen des Hyperparathyreoidismus betreffen nicht selten nur den
Rand der Tuberositas in bisher kaum beachteter Weise. So kann lokal der Rand exomarginal,
intramarginal oder endo-marginal resorbiert werden, ohne die Grenzlinie zu durchbrechen,
oder die normal bzw. nahezu normal breite Grenzlinie kann kurzstreckig (transmarginal)
unterbrochen werden. Schwieriger wird die Erkennung des resorptiven Vorgangs, wenn
im Tempo der exomarginalen Resorption eine endomarginale Knochenbildung entsteht;
dann sieht die Grenzlinie zwar normal aus, hat aber ihren vorherigen Verlauf geändert.
Manchmal ist die Grenzlinie völlig verschwunden, und unterhalb von ihr hat sich eine
sklerotische Zone entwickelt. Am häufigsten sind Resorptionen im Bereich der proximalen
seitlichen Fortsätze, sowohl als isolierter Vorgang oder auch kombiniert mit den genannten
tuberositären Randveränderungen.
Summary
Early and minimal changes of hyperparathyroidism often occur only at the margin of
the ungual tufts in various kinds scarcely noticed upto now. Hence, the cortical line
may be locally resorbed only at the outer or inner side or within this line without
interruption, or the cortical line of a normal or nearly normal breadth may be shortly
interrupted. The recognition of a resorptive event is more difficult if at the same
speed of exomarginal resorption, an endomarginal formation of bone occurs; the cortical
line then seems to be like normal but has changed its former course. Sometimes the
cortical line has completely disappeared and below it a sclerotic zone has developed.
Resorptions at the proximal lateral processes are the most frequent ones; they occur
both as an isolated reaction or combined with the above mentioned minor changes at
the corical line of the remaining ungual tuft.
