Abstract
The article reports on the case history of a 8 month old baby who fell ill of a ileocolic intussusception. The barium enema demonstrated the typical cupping in the head of the barium. The successful reposition by hydrostatic pressure was manifest by barium reflux in the small intestine.
Zusammenfassung
Es wird über einen 8 Monate alten Säugling berichtet, bei dem sich eine ileokolische Invagination entwickelt hatte. Die Diagnose wurde endgültig bestätigt durch den Kolonkontrasteinlauf, der gleichzeitig die hydrostatische Reposition einleitete. Die erfolgreiche konservative Therapie wurde durch den Reflux des Kontrastmittels in den Dünndarm beendet.
