40jährige sudanesische Frau mit einem linken Oberlidtumor ohne Entzündung, seit mehreren Monaten bestehend. Die Ursache war ein Actinomyceten-Granulom. Die Pathogenese und die diagnostischen Methoden werden diskutiert.
Summary
An African 40-year-old woman presented with a superior eyelid tumor. The diagnosis is a granuloma due to Actinomycetae. We briefly describe the pathogenesis, and the ancillary diagnostic methods.
