Zusammenfassung

Die Langerhans-Histiocytose ist eine nicht so seltene Orbitaerkrankung des Kleinkindesalters, die oft erst relativ spät erkannt wird. Anhand von drei Kindern wird das Krankheitsbild und die aktuelle Therapie dargestellt.

Summary

Langerhans cell Histiocytosis is an infrequent disease of the orbit in little children. It is sometimes recognized in a rather late stage. We present three cases and discuss the manifestions and the treatment.
