Zusammenfassung

Wir wollen einen 47-j. Mann mit Morbus Fabry vorstellen, bei dem die Diagnose auch histologisch und biochemisch bestätigt werden konnte. Neben der ausführlichen Darstellung der ophthalmologischen Befunde möchten wir auf die übrigen Organbefunde, die Abklärungsmöglichkeiten, sowie auf die therapeutischen Aspekte eingehen und die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit betonen.

Summary

We want to present a 47-years-old patient suffering of a histologically and biochemically confirmed M. Fabry. Besides the ocular findings, we list the systemic findings and discuss the diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities. We especially want to point out the interdisciplinary collaboration in dealing with this condition.
