Akute fetale Blutungsanämie bei inkompletter Nabelschnurruptur

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall von akuter fetaler Blutungsanämie berichtet. Dieses seltene Ereignis trat in unserem Fall sub partu auf und blieb durch rasche neonatologische Intervention für das Kind folgenlos. Ursächlich konnte eine inkomplette Nabelschnurruptur bei Insertio vclamentosa verantwortlich gemacht werden. Die Bedeutung von Nabelschnurrupturen als schwerste Form der Nabelschnurkomplikationen wird anhand dieses Falles und der Literatur diskutiert.

Abstract

The present paper communicates a case of acute fetal posthemorrhagic anemia. In the case in question, this rare event oecurred during birth and had no consequences for the infant thanks to rapid neonatologic Intervention. The cause was found to be an incomplete funicular hernia associated with velamentous insertion. The importance of funicular hernias as the most serious umbilical cord complication is discussed with reference to this case and the literature.
