Zusammenfassung
Wir berichten von einem postpartal verstorbenen Mädchen mit folgenden Fehlbildungen:
angedeuteter Turmschädel, tiefe Nasenwurzel, Prognathie, Choanalatresie, tiefsitzende
Ohren, Ohrmuscheldysplasie bds., 4. zusätzlich aus dem Aortenbogen entspringendes
Gefäß. Fast 70% der Plazenta wurden von multiplen Chorangiomen eingenommen. Eine mögliche
Korrelation zwischen kindlichen Fehlbildungen und plazentaren Chorangiomen wird diskutiert.
Für eine erbliche Komponente bei der Entstehung von Chorangiomen ergibt sich kein
sicherer Anhaltspunkt.
Abstract
We report on a postpartally deceased girl with several malformations: turricephalus,
deep root of the nose, prognathism, choanal atresia, low-set dysplastic ears, fourth
additional blood vessel originating from the thoracic aorta. Nearly 70% of the placenta
consisted of multiple chorioangiomas. A possible correlation between fetal malformations
and placental chorangiomas is discussed. There is no valuable reference to a hereditary
component in the development of chorioangiomas.
