Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Fall einer Patientin mit rezidivierenden Aborten und einer Früh-Mangelgeburt beschrieben.

Grundlage der Erkrankung ist eine Immuncoagulopathie durch ein Lupus-Anticoagulant, das zu einer Thromboseneigung und in der Schwangerschaft zu Aborten, Totund Mangelgeburten führt. Das diagnostische und therapeutische Vorgehen wird dargestellt und diskutiert.

Abstract

The case of a patient with recurrent abortions and one premature deficient birth is described.

The underlying condition was an immunocoagulopathy caused by a lupus anticoagulant, leading to a tendency to thrombosis and in pregnancy to abortions, stillbirths, and deficient births. The diagnostic and therapeutic procedure is described and discussed.
