Es wird die pränatale Diagnose und Geburt eines Kindes mit partieller Trisomie des
Chromosoms 7 beschrieben. Ursache dieser Anomalie war eine balanzierte Chromosomentranslokation
beim Vater.
Abstract
A rare form of chromosomal aberration, which was diagnosed prenatally and involving
partial trisomy of the long arm of chromosome 7, is reported. The underlaying pathogenesis
was a balanced translocation in this chromosomal area of the father with a subsequent
unbalanced distribution during meiosis.
