Zusammenfassung
Mit Hilfe neu entwickelter Instrumente ist es möglich, die bisher nur in vorgefertigter
Schlingenform anwendbare Roeder -Schlinge (Ethibinder) auch in offener Form ein zusetzen. Dies erlaubt einerseits
die Ligatur von Gewebe brücken ohne vorherige Durchtrennung oder anderer seits den
Wundverschluß durch Einzelknopfnähte - wie bei offenem Bauch. Besonders vorteilhaft
ist dies z. B. auch bei der Versorgung von größeren Ovarialwunden nach Ovarzystektomie
und bei der Adaption des Perito neums nach Spaltung der Tubenwand zur endoskopi schen
Entfernung einer Eileiterschwangerschaft.
Abstract
With the aid of newly developed instruments it is possible to use the Roeder-sling
(Ethibinder) in an open type whereas previously only the pre-fabricated sling was
usable. It is therefore possible to ligate tissue bands and to close wounds with interrupted
sutures as in open laparotomies. The special advantage of this method is the suturing
of larger ovarian wounds following removal of ovarian cysts and the suturing of the
tubal peritoneum following the endoscopic removal of a tubal pregnancy.
