Zusammenfassung
Es wird ein Fall von Lymphogranulomatose im linken Ligamentum latum bei einer 68jährigen
Patientin beschrieben. Das doppelfaustgroße Lymphknotenpaket imitierte einen unbeweglichen
Ovarialtumor. Es wurde eine abdominale Hysterektomie mit Entfernung beider Adnexe
und der Lymphknoten vorgenommen. Nach dem komplikationslosen postoperativen Verlauf
wurde mit der hämatologischen Behandlung begonnen.
Abstract
A case of lymphogranulomatosis involving the left broad ligament in a 68-year-old
patient is reported. The lymphogranuloma with the extent of two fists presented like
an immobile ovarian tumour on palpation. An abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral
salpingo-oophorectomy and lymphnode resection was performed. No complications occurred
during the postoperative course. Haematologic treatment was subsequently initiated.
