Zusammenfassung

Durch kolposkopische und zytologische Verlaufsbeobachtungen kann das vorübergehende Nebeneinander von Portiopapillomen und einer Dysplasie im Schwangerschaftsverlauf bei einer 38jährigen I.Gravida demonstriert und diskutiert werden.

Papillomviren als infektiös onkogenes Agens im Bereich der Cervix uteri bleiben damit in der Diskussion.

Abstract

Serial colposkopic and cytologic observations of a 38year-old patient in her first pregnancy show the development of a dysplasia from papilloma of the cervix within 6 months.

Papilloma virus must be regarded as an infectious oncogenous agent in the region of the human cervix.
