Der vorzeitige Blasensprung: Falldarstellung einer schweren intrauterinen Pilzinfektion

Zusammenfassung

Anhand einer Falldarstellung wird über die äußerst seltene intrauterine Soorinfektion nach einem vorzeitigen Blasensprung berichtet. Diagnostische Möglichkeiten (transabdominale Amniozentese sowie Keim- und Erregerbestimmung aus dem Fruchtwasser) werden vorgestellt. Auch durch die systemische antimykotische Therapie kann der intrauterine Soorinfekt nicht ausreichend behandelt werden. Dieses wird unter anderem durch die Miconazolkonzentration im Fruchtwasser und im Plasma des Neugeborenen belegt.

Abstract

A case of extremely rare intra-uterine candida infection is reported following premature rupture of the membranes. The diagnostic possibilities by transabdominal amniocentesis and determination of the causative organism in the amniotic fluid are presented. Even systemic antimykotic treatment is not capable of treating intra-uterine candidiasis sufficiently. This is proved among other parameters by the concentration of miconazol in the amniotic fluid and in the plasma of the newborn.
