Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine große Hydrosalpinx mit Inkarzeration nach mehrfacher Stieldrehung berichtet. Vorausgegangen ist eine Sterilisation mittels Bleier-Secu-Clips. Bei einem akuten Abdomen nach Tubensterilisation sollte daher sowohl an eine stielgerechte Ovarialzyste wie differentialdiagnostisch auch an eine Tubentorsion mit Ausbildung eines relativ großen inkarzerierten Tubentorsionstumors gedacht werden.

Abstract

A case of bilateral torsion of the fallopian tubes, the right with a hydro-salpinx is reported. This occurred 8 months following tubal sterilization following by the Bleier Secu-clips in a case of acute abdominal pain following tubal sterilization the differential diagnosis of a torsion of the fallopian tube with swelling of the infracted tube must be considered in addition to a torsion of an ovarian cyst.
