Zusammenfassung

Diffuse Lymphangiomatose der Brustdrüse ist ein seltenes Krankheitsbild, welches keine charakteristischen Krankheitssymptome aufweist. Differentialdiagnostisch sind alle Formen der Mastopathien sowie neoplastische Erkrankungen in Erwägung zu ziehen. Hier soll über eine diffuse Lymphangiomatose der Brustdrüse bei einer 36-jährigen Frau berichtet werden. Ferner soll anhand der in der Literatur beschriebenen Lymphangiome zur Frage der Ätiologie und Pathogenese dieser Erkrankung Stellung genommen werden.

Abstract

Diffuse lymphangiomatosis of the breast is a rare condition which shows no characteristic Symptoms. For differential diagnosis all forms of mastopathy as well as neoplastic diseases are to be considered. This is a report on a diffuse lymphangiomatosis of the breast in a 36-year-old woman. It is also intended to express an opinion on the problem of aetiology and pathogenesis of this disease in connection with the lymphangiomas described in the literature.
