Introduction

Boerhaave's syndrome is a surgical emergency due to forceful vomiting. The prognosis is linked to an early diagnosis (within 12 hours) and a definitive surgical treatment [1]. We describe a delayed surgical approach based on the bovine pericardium to repair the esophagus rupture.
