Ein Fall einer veralteten hinteren Schulterluxation

Zusammenfassung

Die hintere Schulterluxation ist selten. Nur 2 - 3% der luxierten Schultern sind hintere Luxationen. Sie stellt eine diagnostische Falle für den unerfahrenen Arzt dar und wird zu über 60% vom Erstbehandelnden nicht erkannt.

Beschrieben und diskutiert wird der Fall eines Patienten, der 2 Jahre mit der Diagnose “Schultersteife” krankengymnastisch und mit einer Narkosenmobilisation behandelt wurde und zuletzt nur noch mit einer Endoprothese versorgt werden konnte.

Abstract

Posterior dislocation of the Shoulder is rare. Only 2 - 3% of dislocated shoulders are displaced posteriorly. It is a diagnostical trap for young doctors. Over 60% of the cases are not diagnosed initially. This is a case report of a patient treated with physical therapy and even mobilisation in anesthesia for 2 years and than needs a total shoulder replacement.
