Zur Schmerzursache bei beginnender Dysplasiecoxarthrose

Zusammenfassung

Der Fall einer 48jährigen Patientin mit einer synovialen Zyste am Hüftgelenk bei Dysplasiecoxarthrose wird vorgestellt. Eine rheumatische Erkrankung wurde ausgeschlossen. Durch eine Arthrographie, die eine Kommunikation der Zyste mit dem Hüftgelenk nachweist, ließen sich dieselben Schmerzen, die vormals bestanden, provozieren. Durch diese Schmerzprovokation läßt sich nachweisen, daß Schmerzen bei beginnender Dysplasiecoxarthrose nicht direkt auf die Arthrose zurückgeführt werden können.

Abstract

The case of a 48 year old woman with a synovial cyst of the hip joint and arthrosis secondary to dysplasia is presented Rheumatic disease could be excluded. During an arthrography, which showed the communication of the cyst with the hip joint, the formerly existing pain could be elicited. In this case the pain in beginning hipdysplasia is not directly related to arthrosis.
