Zusammenfassung
So selten die Verletzungen des Hüftgelenkes im Wachstumsalter sind, so problematisch
können sie sich darstellen. Ein großer Teil der in der Literatur geschilderten Komplikationen
kann durch die sofortige schonende adäquate Therapie vermieden werden. Damit sind
jedoch schicksalhafte Komplikationen wie die Kopfnekrose nicht mit absoluter Sicherheit
zu vermeiden. Essentieller Bestandteil der Behandlung derartiger Verletzungen muß
deshalb einerseits die korrekte Information der Eltern des Patienten und konsequente
Nachkontrolle der Patienten, um die Prognose negativ prägende Komplikationen frühzeitig
erfassen und behandeln zu können.
Abstract
Injuries to the hip joint during growth are rare, but can nevertheless be problematic.
Many of the complications described in the literature can be avoided by immediate,
low-stress, but adequate therapy. With such an approach, however, fateful complications
such as head necrosis cannot be avoided with absolute certainty. Therefore, management
of such injuries must include correct enlightenment of the patient's parents and systematic
follow-up of the patient, in order to identify complications which might have a negative
influence on the prognosis and to treat them at an early stage.
