Zusammenfassung

85 Patienen mit 96 zementfreien Press-Fit-Hüftimplantaten wurden in einem Mindestzeitraum von 5 Jahren nachkontrolliert. Der Harris-Score beträgt im Durchschnitt 87,5 Punkte. Eine Pfanne mußte aufgrund einer aseptischen Lockerung gewechselt werden. 5 Pfannen zeigten Säume, wobei davon einmal ein durchgehender Saum zu erkennen war. Ein Schaftwechsel war in keinem Fall notwendig, ein Schaft ist 4 mm axial nachgesunken, aber im weiteren Verlauf stabil geblieben. 1 Patient ist subjektiv mit dem Operationsergebnis nicht zufrieden, implantatspezifische Komplikationen (Implantatbruch, Schaftfraktur oder Schaftfissur, Sprengung des Beckenringes durch Pfanneneinschrauben) sind in keinem Fall aufgetreten.

Abstract

85 patients with 96 cementless pressfit hip implants were followed over a period of at least 5 years postoperatively. Average Harris score was 87,5 points. One socket had to be exchanged because of aseptic loosening. Additonally, 5 implants developed radiolucent lines. only one of them totally around the socket. In no case an exchange of the stem was necessary; one stem initially sank by 4 mm axially but was stable at the last follow-up investigation. Only one patient personally is dissatisfied with the outcome of the operation. In no case, implantspecific complications such as breakage of the implant. breakage or crack of the stem, or blasting of the pelvic girdle by necketscrewing could be observed.
