Abstract

A unique case of solitary infantile myofibromatosis arising in the omentum is presented. The essentiality of wide surgical resection to avoid recurrence is emphasised.

Zusammenfassung

Ein Fall einer solitären infantilen Myofibromatose des großen Netzes wird vorgestellt. Die Therapie besteht in einer chirurgischen Resektion. Das chirurgische Vorgehen stellt die einzige Therapiemöglichkeit zur Vermeidung eines Rezidivs dar.
