Abstract

A child with congenital thoraco-brachial arteriovenous macrofistula (AVmF) complicated by haemorrhage, infection and congestive heart failure (CHF) and the treatment of the fistula by subclavian artery ligation is presented.

Zusammenfassung

Ein Kind mit großer, kongenitaler thorako-brachialer arterio-venöser Fistel kompliziert durch Hämorrhagie, Entzündung und Herzinsuffizienz und die Therapie der Fistel mit Ligierung der Schlüsselbeinschlagader wird vorgestellt.
