Abstract

A case of congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung and a case of congenital diaphragmatic hernia, both diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound findings, are presented. The association with maternal hydramnion and foetal anasarca occurs more often in CCAM.

Zusammenfassung

Je ein Fall einer kongenitalen zystischen adenomatoiden Fehlbildung der Lunge und einer Zwerchfellhernie, welche prenatal mittels Ultraschall diagnostiziert wurden, werden vorgestellt. Das Zusammentreffen von Hydramnion und fetalem Hydrops wird häufiger bei der CCAM als bei der Zwerchfellhernie beobachtet.
