Dysontogenetische Blockwirbelbildung im lumbodorsalen Übergang

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über 2 Fälle von Synostosierung mehrerer Wirbel berichtet, die in der Literatur auch als dysontogenetische Blockwirbelbildung bezeichnet wird. Bei einem 13 Jahre alten Jungen konnte eine Blockwirbelbildung bei Th 9 bis Th 12 beobachtet werden, bei einem 13 Jahre alten Mädchen zeigte sich der gleiche Vorgang bei Th 11 bis L1. Die klinischen und radiologischen Befunde werden beschrieben und eine Zuordnung der beobachteten Fälle zur Gruppe der auf Entwicklungsstörungen beruhenden Blockwirbelbildungen vorgenommen. Eine kausale Therapie ist nicht möglich.

Abstract

It is reported in two cases of synostosis of the vertebral which is related in the Medical literature as “Dysontogenetic blockbuilding of the Corpus Vertebrae”.

This condition could be seen in a 13 year old boy in the area of Th 9 to Th 12 and in a 13 year old girl from Th 11 to L1. The clinical and radiological findings of these two cases will be discribed and discussed. An attribution of these cases to the “Dysontogenetic blockbuilding” groups was tased on a disturbance of the vertebral forming. A causal therapy is not possible.
