Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall von Pyoderma gangraenosum bei einer Patientin mit Colitis ulcerosa berichtet. Das Pyoderma gangraenosum trat nach einer Kniegelenkspunktion auf und imitierte die Symptome eines Kniegelenkempyems.

Abstract

A problematic case of pyoderma gangraenosum in a patient with colitis ulcerosa mimicing an empyema of the knee joint is reported.
