Zusammenfassung

Ein einfach zu handhabendes neues HALO-Setzgerät wird vorgestellt, beschrieben und mit bisher gebräuchlichen verglichen. Durch Aufpumpen eines Schlauchkreuzes mit zentralem Ventil läßt sich ein passender HALO-Ring bei jeder Körperlage zum Montieren fixieren.

Abstract

A new, easy-to-operate HALO fitting device is described and compared with devices customarily used up to the present time. By inflating a tubular cross with a valve at its center, a suitably-sized HALO ring can be fixed in place in any body position.
