Kokaininduzierte multiple Osteonekrosen

Abstract

Multiple osteonecroses occurred in a female patient of 25 years of age following abuse of cocaine. A considered reason is the indirectly sympathomimetic component of actiton with consecutive vasoconstriction. Basing on this special case, the causal and formal pathogenetics of osteonecroses are discussed, and the differential diagnostic approach when locking for the cause is described.

Zusammenfassung

Bei einer 25jährigen Patientin kam es nach Kokainabusus zum Auftreten multipler Osteonekrosen. Als Ursache hierfür wird die indirekt sympathomimetische Wirkungskomponente des Kokains mit konsekutiver Vasokonstriktion in Betracht gezogen. Anhand dieses besonderen Fallbeispieles werden die kausale und formale Pathogenese der Osteonekrosen aufgezeigt sowie das differentialdiagnostische Vorgehen bei der Suche nach der Ursache dargestellt.
