Abstract
Case report of a 50 year aged lady who had a rupture of both peroneal tendons after a microtrauma. Anamnesis, clinical and operative findings suggest that the reason were previous local infiltrations of corticosteroids.
Zusammenfassung
Fallbeispiel einer 50jährigen Patientin mit Ruptur beider Peronealsehnen nach Bagatelltrauma. Anamnestisch, klinisch und aufgrund des Operationssitus müssen vorausgegangene, lokale Steroidinfiltrationen als Ursache angenommen werden.
