Möglichkeiten zur Objektivierung von rheumatischen Vorfußdeformitäten

Abstract

Painful alterations of the rheumatoid forefoot lead to a disturbance of weight bearing of the foot during standing and walking. Static and dynamic profiles of pressure underneath the feet were worked out with an electronic footprint platform (Emed-System) for rheumatoid patients (n = 38) and healthy subjects (n = 30) in comparison. The rheumatoid forefoot deformities were classified into three grades. The quantified results enable an objective evaluation of pathological rheumatoid changes in terms of maximal pressure, its distribution and the pressure in total under the feet during weight-bearing.

Zusammenfassung

Schmerzhafte Veränderungen am rheumatischen Vorfuß bewirken eine Störung der Belastung des Fußes im Stand und beim Gehen.

Statische und dynamische Druckmeßprofile wurden mit einer neuentwickelten elektronischen Meßplattform (Emed-System) bei Rheumatikern (n = 38) und einem gesunden Vergleichskollektiv (n = 30) erstellt.

Die rheumatischen Vorfußdeformitäten wurden in drei Stadien eingeteilt. Die quantitativen Meßergebnisse ermöglichen Aussagen über die rheumatisch bedingten Änderungen der Maximaldruckwerte bzw. Druckverteilungen und der Gesamtkraft unter den Füßen bei Belastungen.
