Die progrediente flache pseudokortikalisierte Erosion an der Hand bei der chronischen Polyarthritis

Abstract

Besides the ordinary erosions which may be corticalized after locally healing of the rheumatoid arthritis, there are also shallow erosions where the external resorption is followed in the same speed by a thin new bone formation at the internal side of the articular cortex. In spite of the slowly progression of the erosion the cortical layer will never be interrupted and preserves a normal breadth. If the x-ray cannot compared with previous ones this pseudocorticalized type of shallow erosions may easily be overlooked.

Zusammenfassung

Außer den gewöhnlichen Erosionen, die kortikalisiert werden können nach lokalem Ausheilen der Polyarthritis, gibt es auch noch flache Erosionen, bei denen auf die exomarginale Resorption im gleichen Tempo eine dünne, dichte Knochenschicht an der endomarginalen Seite folgt. So wird während des langsamen Fortschreitens der Erosion die Knochengrenzlinie nicht unterbrochen und behält eine normale Breite bei. Wenn nicht mit Voraufnahmen verglichen werden kann, ist diese pseudokortikalisierte Form der flachen Erosion leicht zu übersehen.
