Indometacin-Spiegel nach Applikation von Amuno® Gel unter Iontophorese

Abstract

After application of Amuno® Gel (indomethacin) by concomittant use of iontophoresis, significant indomethacin levels are quickly obtained in synovial fluid and synovial membrane.
In this study involving 24 patients, 27 ng/ml were found in the synovial fluid 30 minutes after termination of iontophoresis; the same time, 46 ng/g were recorded in the synovial membrane. Two hours after termination of iontophoresis, 24 ng/g were still found in the synovial membrane.

Zusammenfassung

Bei Anwendung von Amuno® Gel (Indometacin*) lassen sich unter Iontophorese rasch deutliche Indometacin-Spiegel in Synovia und Synovialmembran erreichen.
In unserer Untersuchung an 24 Patienten fanden wir bereits nach einer halben Stunde Synoviaspiegel von 27 ng/ml. In der Synovialmembran ließen sich zur gleichen Zeit 46 ng/g messen. Zwei Stunden nach Ende der Iontophorese betrugen die Konzentrationen von Indometacin in der Synovialmembran noch 24 ng/ml.
