Abstract

In this paper it is dealt with a case of a 35 year old male suffering from SLE for 17 years. When central nervous system deterioration and cardiac complications developed PULSE-Therapy was applied. Continuous remission, sufficiently documented by clinical and laboratory findings, was achieved.

Zusammenfassung

Geschildert wird der Fall eines 35jährigen Mannes mit 17jähriger Erkrankung. Bei Verschlechterung sowohl des neurologischen als auch des kardiovaskulären Bildes bis zur vitalen Bedrohung konnte bei dem Patienten durch wiederholte PULSE-Therapie eine klinisch und klinischchemisch gut dokumentierbare anhaltende Remission erzielt werden.
