Abstract

The authors report on a case of relapsing pigmented synovialitis of the ankle joint. The typical clinical, roentgenological and micromorphological findings are shown and explained in accordance with their importance in differential diagnosis of monarthritis.

Zusammenfassung

Zur Differentialdiagnose der Monarthritis wird über einen Fall von rezidivierender, pigmentierter Synovialitis des Sprunggelenks berichtet. Die typischen klinischen, röntgenologischen und mikromorphologischen Befunde werden entsprechend ihrer differentialdiagnostischen Wertigkeit aufgezeigt.
