Zusammenfassung

Methodik, Indikation und Ergebnisse der digitalen Subtraktionsangiographie (DSA) in der Traumatologie werden auf der Basis von 56 Untersuchungen vorgestellt. Dabei wird der unterschiedliche Einsatz der i.v. bzw. i.a. DSA in Abhängigkeit von der Lokalisation und Ausdehnung der Gefäßschädigung besprochen. Zur Kontrolle nach rekonstruktivem Gefäßeingriff wird die i.v. DSA als Methode der Wahl empfohlen.

Summary

The methods, indications and results of digital subtraction angiography in traumatology are presented, based on 56 examinations. The different use of intravenous or intraarterial DSA will be discussed with respect to expanding and localisation of traumatic vascular injury. DSA is recommended as the method of choice for follow-up after vascular reconstructive procedure.
