Summary
The purpose of this paper is to stress the importance of DSA in the diagnosis of osteoid osteoma. Three cases are reported in which DSA with arterial injection of contrast material demonstrated a typical nidus enhancement. The major role of DSA in establishing the exact nature and localisation of the disease is discussed.
Zusammenfassung
Die Bedeutung der DSA für die Diagnose des Osteoidosteoms wird hervorgehoben. Es wird über drei Patienten berichtet, bei denen die DSA mit arterieller Injektion von Kontrastmaterial eine typische Nidusverstärkung zeigte. Die besondere Rolle der DSA bei der exakten Diagnose und Lokalisierung dieser Erkrankung wird erörtert.
