Zusammenfassung

Eine neue Keratoprothese aus Silikonkautschuk wurde entwickelt. Als Hilfsmittel während der Operation gestattet sie eine Pars plana Vitrektomie bei Augen mit getrübter Hornhaut.

Summary

A new keratoprosthesis made of silicone rubber has been developed. It permits pars plana vitrectomy to be performed in eyes with corneal opacities.
