Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 3œjährigen Mädchen mit unklarem Orbitatumor wurde die Diagnose Histiozytose X erst bei der operativen Orbitaexploration gestellt. Im späteren Verlauf wurde auch im Mastoidbereich ein weiterer Histiozytose-Herd exzidiert.

Summary

In a case involving a 3-œ-year-old girl with an orbital tumor of unknown etiology, the diagnosis of histiocytosis X was only established after surgical exploration of the orbit. In the subsequent course of the case a further histiocytotic lesion was excised in the mastoid region.
