Sarkoidose des Auges. Biomikroskopische und histopathologische Befunde

Zusammenfassung

Die granulomatöse Epitheloidzellreaktion der Sarkoidose wird differentialdiagnostisch abgegrenzt, insbesondere gegenüber der kleinherdigen Epitheloidzellreaktion. Die Beteiligung der verschiedenen okulären Gewebe wird demonstriert: Die biomikroskopischen Charakteristika werden den histologischen Befunden gegenübergestellt und dabei wird das unterschiedliche klinische Bild uvealer wie retinaler Granulome betont. Die besonders häufige, konjunktivale Manifestation (über 50% in Serien-Stufen-Schnitten) der Sarkoidose stellen eine Möglichkeit zur histologischen Sicherung der Diagnose -ohne bioptisches Risiko - dar.

Summary

The differential diagnosis of granulomatous epithel-oid cell reaction, which is the typical histologic finding in sarcoidosis, is discussed and the involvement of the different ocular tissues illustrated. The biomicroscopic picture is compared with histopathologic findings. As the incidence of conjunctival manifestation of sarcoidosis is high (over 50% in serial sections at different levels), it represents a possibility of confirming the diagnosis histologically without any bioptic risk.
