Untersuchungen potentieller Interaktionen von Diclofenac-Natrium (Voltaren®) mit den Basistherapeutika Gold, D-Penicillamin, Chloroquin, Azathioprin und mit Prednisolon

Abstract

Five studies were conducted to investigate whether the simultaneous application of basic drugs and prednisolone together with diclofenac sodium would result in pharmacokinetic interactions producing a change in the maximum plasma levels or in the areas below the plasma level curves.
Daily dosage of diclofenac amounted to 2 × 50 mg. It was found that the plasma levels of diclofenac were not significantly altered by the simultaneous administration of gold, d-penicillamin, chloroquine, azathioprine and prednisolone.

Zusammenfassung

In fünf Studien wurde untersucht, ob bei der gleichzeitigen Applikation von Basistherapeutika und Prednisolon mit Diclofenac-Natrium pharmakokinetische Interaktionen auftreten, die eine Veränderung der maximalen Plasmaspiegel oder der Flächen unter den Plasmaspiegelkurven von Diclofenac bewirken.
Die tägliche Dosierung von Diclofenac betrug 2 × 50 mg. Es wurde gefunden, daß die gleichzeitige Gabe von Gold, D-Penicillamin, Chloroquin, Azathioprin und Prednisolon die Plasmaspiegel von Diclofenac nicht signifikant verändert.
