Abstract

The final result of a destroyed untreated rheumatoid wrist joint consists of weakness, pain and instability. The importance of Testut's ligament, along which the rheumatoid granulation occur is mentioned. The diagnostic and prognostic significance of the radius crypt is demonstrated as well as the development of the scoliosis of the hand.

Das Endresultat bei einem zerstörten unbehalten rheumatoiden Handgelenk äußert sich in Schwäche, Schmerz und Instabilität. Auf die Wichtigkeit von Testut's Ligament wird hingewiesen, entlang welchem die rheumatoiden Granulationen ihren Weg nehmen. Die diagnostische und prognostische Bedeutung der Radiuskrypte wird ebenso aufgezeigt wie die Entwicklung der Handskoliose.
