Rheumatoid-entzündliche Zellinteraktionen als basisäquivalentes Zielsystem der symptomatischen antirheumatischen Therapie

Abstract

The pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis is not yet absolutly completely clarified. But there are extensive cognitions about participiated cell systems, mediators and secretory cell products, which themself make interactions with the participated cells of the inflammation. In this rheumatoid inflammatory process attacks the symptomatic anti-rheumatic therapy on different points. Especially is the complexity of the points of attack remarkeble, which demands a ideal drug for a basic therapy, which should work nearly in the same way than glucocorticoids.

Zusammenfassung

Die Pathogenese der rheumatoiden Arthritis ist noch nicht völlig geklärt. Es bestehen aber umfassende Erkenntnisse über beteiligte Zellsysteme, Mediatoren und von Zellen freigesetzte Produkte, die zu Interaktionen zwischen den an der Entzündung beteiligten Zellen führen. In diesen rheumatischen Entzündungsprozeß greift die symptomatische antirheumatische Therapie an verschiedensten Stellen ein. Besonders ist dabei die Komplexität der Angriffspunkte zu beachten, die ein ideales Basistherapeutikum fordert, welches glukokortikoidähnliche Wirkungen zeigen sollte.
