Abstract

Problems from the so called basic medication result from the insecurity of the effect and mode of action as well as from the risk of side-effects.

Questions concerning their proper indication and termination are discussed in detail. In addition casuistics of serious side-effects caused by these preparations are presented as experienced by the authors own observations (Nephrosis, hepatopathy, agranulocytosis, myasthenia gravis, polyneuropathy, polymyositis).

Zusammenfassung

Probleme ergeben sich durch die Unsicherheit in der Wirkung und Wirkungsweise sowie durch das Risiko der Nebenwirkungen der sog. Basismedikamente.

Ausführlicher werden Fragen zur Indikation und zur Beendigung dieser Therapie behandelt. Anhand eigener Beobachtungen werden schwere Nebenwirkungen durch die genannten Präparate kasuistisch dargestellt (Nephrose, Hepatopathie, Agranulozytose, Myasthenia gravis, Polyneuropathie, Polymyositis).
