Abstract
The visceral manifestations relating to the diseases classified as seronegative spondylarthritides
are closely related to each other and partly even identical, so that they constitute
the third pillar on which the concept of the seronegative spondylarthritides rests
besides the manifestations in the locomotor system and the HLA-B 27. Over and above
this, they clearly show that delineation of individual disease patterns is subject
to somewhat arbitary criteria, in particular the differentiation between Reiter's
disease and ankylosing spondylitis and reactive arthritis following bacterial intestinal
infection on the one hand, and psoriatic arthritis on the other. The article makes
an attempt at reviewing the entire spectrum of visceral manifestations.
Zusammenfassung
Die viszeralen Manifestationen bei den zur Gruppe der seronegativen Spondarthritiden
zusammengefaßten Erkrankungen weisen teils nah verwandte, teils identische Züge auf,
so daß sie neben den Erscheinungsformen am Bewegungsapparat und dem HLA-B 27 der dritte
Pfeiler sind, auf denen der Begriff der seronegativen Spondarthritiden ruht. Darüber
hinaus wird durch sie deutlich, daß die Abgrenzung einzelner Krankheitsbilder einer
gewissen Willkür unterliegt, insbesondere des Morbus Reiter zu der Spondylarthritis
ankylopoetica und den reaktiven Arthritiden nach Darminfekten auf der einen und zur
Psoriasisarthritis auf der anderen Seite. Es wird versucht, über das Spektrum der
viszeralen Manifestation einen Überblick zu geben.
