Zusammenfassung

Zur transkutanen Fixation der Osteotomiefragmente bei der Varisations-Derotationsosteotomie im Kleinkindesalter (2-5 Jahre) werden je ein in den Schenkelhals und subtrochantär in die Femurdiaphyse eingebrachtes Paar Knochenschrauben mit kleinen Spezialspannkloben (Kugelgriffe); Fabrikat: Orthomed, 6147 Lautertal 1, stabil miteinander verbunden. Das System erlaubt noch eine nachträgliche Korrektur des Schenkelhalswinkels und des Torsionswinkels.

Abstract

For transcutaneous fixation of osteotomy fragments in adduction-derotation osteotomy in infants (age 2 to 5 years) two pairs of bone screws with small special clamping plates (with ball handles; made by Orthomed, 6147 Lautertal 1, W. Germany) are used, one pair fitted in the neck of the femur and other below the trochanter in the diaphysis. The pairs are firmly connected. The system permits the angle of the neck and the torsion angle to be corrected subsequently.
