Abstract
Among 13 patients with congenital proximal radio-ulnar synostosis the chromosomal analysis revealed a 47, XXY-constellation in an 8 years old boy and a 47, XXX-syndrome in a 12-year-old girl. The investigations show, that the congenital radio-ulnar synostosis may be combined with the chromosome aberration more offen than it was commonly thought.
