Zusammenfassung
Eine zunächst bei Patellagleitinsuffizienz angewandte Zügelung der Patellainnenseite (vertikal) erwies sich auch bei gleichzeitig bestehender Chondropathie aufgrund des Fremdkörperreizes als therapeutisch effektvoll. Die Operationsmethode ist physikalisch wirksam, technisch einfach und kosmetisch günstig.
Abstract
A method of restraining the inner side of the patella (vertically), initially used in cases of insufficient patellar movement, has also proved to be therapeutically effective in cases with concomitant chondropathy, because of the foreign body stimulus. The operation is physically efficacious, technically simple and leads to good cosmetic results.
